EZ Clicks 4U Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to EZ Clicks 4U, https://ezclicks4u.com, and all related pages, member features, advertising services, referral tools, and account benefits.

By registering, logging in, purchasing advertising, submitting a website, or otherwise using EZ Clicks 4U, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and any additional rules displayed inside the site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, purchase an offer, or use the service.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use EZ Clicks 4U.

You may not use the site where doing so would violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions, or other legal restrictions.

3. One Account Per Member

Each person may maintain only one EZ Clicks 4U account unless written permission is received from Frank Salinas.

Creating or controlling multiple accounts, using another person's account, submitting false information, or attempting to bypass account restrictions may result in suspension or permanent termination of all related accounts.

Accounts, traffic credits, advertising balances, Founder benefits, commissions, prizes, and memberships may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned without written approval.

4. Accurate Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and current registration, contact, payment, profile, and advertising information.

You are responsible for protecting your username and password and for all activity completed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Invalid, abandoned, or repeatedly bouncing email addresses may cause account emails, advertising access, commission payments, or other features to be restricted until the address is corrected.

5. Account and Service Emails

By joining EZ Clicks 4U, you agree to receive necessary account and service messages from frank@ezclicks4u.com, no-reply@ezclicks4u.com, or another authorized EZ Clicks 4U sending address.

These messages may include email verification, password recovery, security notices, account status, commission information, policy updates, service announcements, purchase fulfillment, and other information related to your membership.

Please keep your contact email current and allow authorized EZ Clicks 4U email addresses so important account messages can reach you.

6. Traffic Exchange Rules

The Traffic Exchange is intended for genuine member participation and real website exposure.

You may not use:

• Bots, macros, autosurf software, scripts, or automated clicking.
• Click farms, paid clickers, or artificial viewing services.
• Automatic refreshing, hidden windows, or background surfing.
• Multiple accounts to create additional traffic or benefits.
• Proxies, VPNs, browser manipulation, or device changes intended to avoid security, duplicate-account, or traffic controls.
• Any method designed to generate fake views, impressions, clicks, referrals, contest activity, or advertising results.

Traffic credits, impressions, clicks, referral credit, commissions, prizes, or account benefits connected to artificial or prohibited activity may be removed or reversed.

Traffic credits and advertising balances are digital site benefits. They have no cash value, may not be transferred unless expressly permitted, and may only be used within EZ Clicks 4U.

7. Website and Advertising Requirements

You are responsible for every website, banner, text advertisement, profile, image, link, claim, and other item submitted through your account.

Websites submitted to the Traffic Exchange must load properly, remain compatible with the viewing system, and must not interfere with the surf timer or site navigation.

The following are prohibited:

• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Phishing pages or attempts to steal passwords or personal data.
• Forced downloads, browser locking, or unauthorized notifications.
• Frame-breaking code or redirects that disrupt the Traffic Exchange.
• Excessive popups, pop-unders, alerts, or confirmation boxes.
• Automatic audio or video that cannot be easily stopped.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden affiliate links, or deceptive redirects.
• Illegal products, services, activities, or instructions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or impersonation content.
• Hate content, threats, harassment, or exploitation.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Fake system notices, false security warnings, or misleading buttons designed to trick visitors.

EZ Clicks 4U may approve, reject, pause, edit, restrict, or remove any website or advertisement that violates these Terms, creates a security risk, damages the member experience, or is otherwise considered unsuitable for the service.

8. Public Profiles and Member Content

Information submitted to a public profile may be displayed to visitors and members, including your name, profile photo, About Me information, website link, and social links.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You grant EZ Clicks 4U permission to display, format, resize, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the site and its member spotlight features.

Do not publish private, confidential, infringing, unlawful, or misleading information through your profile or advertising.

9. Referral Program, Commissions, and Reward Payments

EZ Clicks 4U operates a one-tier referral program. Commissions may be earned only from qualifying purchases made by members you directly refer.

There is no second-tier commission, downline, matrix, or MLM compensation structure.

You are not required to purchase an upgrade solely to qualify for direct-referral commissions unless a specific written promotion clearly states otherwise.

Commissions normally remain pending for approximately 30 days after a qualifying referred sale is generated. Cash rewards and other rewards designated for payment normally remain pending for approximately 30 days after the reward is won.

This review period allows time for refunds, payment reversals, chargebacks, disputes, duplicate-account checks, account-security reviews, and verification that the sale, referral, contest activity, or reward was not connected to fraud, cheating, artificial activity, prohibited promotion, or another violation of these Terms.

A commission or reward may remain pending longer than 30 days when additional review is reasonably necessary. Pending commissions and rewards are not approved or payable until the applicable review has been completed.

Commission payments are normally issued when the member has at least $10 in approved pending commissions. Amounts still within the review period do not count toward the payable minimum until they have been approved.

Available commission payment methods may include Cash App, Zelle, Wise, Litecoin, Bitcoin, or Venmo. Available methods may be changed or limited based on location, availability, transaction costs, security concerns, or administrative requirements.

You are responsible for providing correct payment information. EZ Clicks 4U is not responsible for a payment sent to an incorrect account, wallet, address, username, or recipient because you supplied inaccurate information.

Commissions and rewards may be held, reviewed, reversed, reduced, or denied when connected to fraud, cheating, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, refunded purchases, unauthorized payments, self-referrals, artificial referrals, automated activity, prohibited promotion, or violations of these Terms.

EZ Clicks 4U may request reasonable information or verification before approving or sending a commission or reward payment. Failure to provide requested information, inability to verify account ownership, or evidence of prohibited activity may delay or prevent payment.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that may apply to your commissions, cash rewards, or other benefits.

10. Affiliate Disclosures

When promoting EZ Clicks 4U through an affiliate or referral link, you must clearly disclose that you may receive a commission or benefit when someone joins or purchases through your link.

Disclosures must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed close to the referral link or recommendation. You may not make false income claims, misleading testimonials, or guarantees about results.

11. Anti-Spam Rules

EZ Clicks 4U maintains a zero-tolerance policy against spam and unsolicited promotion.

You may promote your referral link only through lawful, permission-based methods and in locations where advertising is permitted.

You may not use harvested or purchased contact lists, unsolicited bulk email, repeated private messages, unauthorized group posts, message blasting services, deceptive subject lines, or any system that claims to send your advertisement to millions of unwilling recipients.

If you send commercial email, you are responsible for complying with applicable email and advertising laws, properly identifying the sender, avoiding deceptive information, and providing any required opt-out method.

Additional requirements are contained in the EZ Clicks 4U Anti-Spam Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Purchases, Digital Delivery, and Refunds

Memberships, traffic credits, banner impressions, text impressions, advertising packages, promotional benefits, and other site services are digital products or services that may be allocated or activated immediately after payment or account access.

Except where required by applicable law, payment-provider rules, or an express written guarantee included with a specific offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Some purchases may be collected directly by an authorized referral partner. When payment is collected directly by a referral partner, that partner is the payment recipient. Contact EZ Clicks 4U support if assistance is needed with fulfillment or account activation.

Before purchasing, review the complete offer, price, membership period, advertising allocation, renewal terms, and included benefits. Do not place an order if you do not agree to the applicable terms.

13. Founder and Promotional Benefits

Founder accounts, promotional upgrades, bonuses, special pricing, advertising allocations, expiration dates, and renewal offers are governed by the written offer presented at the time of purchase.

Founder or promotional benefits may activate upon the member's first successful login when stated in the applicable offer.

Promotional benefits are personal to the qualifying account and may not be transferred, resold, duplicated, or claimed through multiple accounts unless expressly permitted in writing.

14. No Guarantee of Results

EZ Clicks 4U provides advertising exposure and promotional tools. We do not guarantee sales, leads, referrals, subscribers, customers, income, profits, conversion rates, or any other business result.

Website views, banner impressions, and text impressions do not guarantee that a visitor will purchase, register, subscribe, remain on a page, or take any particular action.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, website, advertising copy, targeting, pricing, reputation, follow-up, market conditions, and visitor interest.

15. Third-Party Websites

EZ Clicks 4U displays websites and advertisements submitted by members and third parties. Displaying an advertisement does not mean that EZ Clicks 4U endorses, guarantees, verifies, or recommends the advertiser, website, product, service, or claim.

You visit third-party websites and complete third-party transactions at your own discretion and risk. Review the third party's terms, privacy practices, refund policy, and reputation before providing information or making a purchase.

16. Suspension and Termination

EZ Clicks 4U may pause advertising, restrict features, hold commissions, suspend an account, or permanently terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, prohibited content, artificial traffic, spam, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

Serious security, fraud, spam, or illegal-content violations may result in immediate termination without advance notice.

When an account is terminated for a violation, unused credits, advertising balances, commissions, prizes, upgrades, or promotional benefits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, replace, restrict, discontinue, or change site features, advertising options, membership benefits, pricing, commission methods, security procedures, and operating rules.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Temporary outages, maintenance, software errors, hosting problems, attacks, or events outside our reasonable control may affect access or delivery.

18. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZ Clicks 4U, Frank Salinas, and their service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from site use, interrupted access, third-party websites, member advertising, lost data, lost profits, or unauthorized account activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Changes to These Terms

EZ Clicks 4U may revise these Terms when necessary to reflect service, security, legal, payment, or business changes.

Updated Terms may be posted on https://ezclicks4u.com with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
